Is this a bus?
No. RideMate Pro is a limited-seat premium carpool service with reserved monthly seats.
Is my seat guaranteed?
No. Prebooking joins the waitlist. Your selected seat is confirmed only after our team reviews availability and payment is completed through the separate link we send you.
What routes are available?
Routes connect the Calamba corridor with One Ayala and Market Market BGC, including return routes.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes. Select at least five commute dates within one booking month.
Can I book only one day?
Monthly booking requires at least five selected dates in one month.
Why is it more expensive than P2P?
It is designed around fewer passengers, preferred reserved seats, closer pickup areas, and a more comfortable commute.
When do I pay?
No payment is collected with the prebooking form. A payment link is sent only after route and seat availability are confirmed.
Do I pay when I submit this form?
No. The displayed amount is an estimate. Submitting the form is not an actual booking yet; we review availability first and then send a separate payment link to confirmed applicants.
How many passengers per vehicle?
The target layout has around five to six paid passengers per vehicle.
